A few outtake self-portraits I took while shooting some of the previously published (outfit) photos. All together named Frozen, as looking at the ones taken in an open, empty field I thought, I might have accidentally paid tribute to Madonna's mystical ballad. The flower-in-mouth editorial motif has probably been overused until now, but I couldn't resist adding a strong scarlet accent to a delicately styled attire. And with all that I would like to thank this year's winter for a solid, long-lasting company, but this is a farewell, please, go peacefully away.
Yesterday, just before going to sleep, I saw an amazing picture of the MetLife building in New York, which effectively kept me awake at early night, reminding me of my ultimate aspiration of becoming a New York-based photographer when finally getting grown up. That whereas reminded me that I should focus on photography more. Here, and in general. And on photography escapades I could take. When I saw the Louis Vuitton City Guide series a couple of weeks ago, I got so inspired that I've arranged some city-themed movie weekends (have a look: Rome, Paris.) So I've seen the lovely Roman Holiday and hilarious To Rome With Love one weekend, then the charming An American in Paris and F. Truffaut's The 400 Blows another time. I crave more.
totally amazing shots...
